What is the pricing model?

-We charge per lead and not per website, users or number of forms. We don’t think it’s fair to restrict our users' growth. That’s why we also don’t count abandoned leads to your total leads. Only recovered and fully submitted leads. The bigger your needs, the cheaper per lead it gets. We offer two months free for all yearly plans.

Do you offer a trial for the paid plans?

Yes, we offer a generous 14-day Free Trial

Will my subscription automatically renew?

Yes, when you have signed up. your subscription will renew. You can at any time go to your Settings --> Billing page to change, cancel or upgrade a plan.

How many websites and forms can I connect?

We don't limit our users to number of users, websites or form. You have unlimited.

How long does it take to start collecting lead information?

The same second Responser’s JS script is added to the form page, information is being collected. Make sure to map the correct form field so your field optimization efforts gets easier by closely monitoring Field Drop Off by Fields under Form Performance.

Do you have monthly and yearly billing options?

Yes, we offer 2 months free on every yearly signup.

Is Responser GDPR compliant?

Yes, we have rigid security protocols in place as well as Data Protection Agreement with our sub-processors.

How many leads can I track per month, do you have a limitation?

We have no limits as this built-in to our business model. We have clients with well over 10k leads per day.

Who built Responser?

Responser was built by an international team of conversion experts with more than 15 years experience of tracking lead form as the primary lead generation tactic. It came out of the idea and frustration of how poorly existing analytics solutions was to bring clarity and quick insights into what works or not.
